Cajun Deep Dive Update
Maggie Kestly and Dennis Barbee presented their findings and recommendations.
Maggie Kestly talked about a three year plan and different management structure.
Dennis Barber presented a 2013-2019 trend analysis with regard to return on income compared to expenses.
Gary White asked club to vote to commit to the committee looking into the possible three year.
Jim Lowry and Bruce Bromberg talked about:
1. Attendance: make sure you check in each time you're here
2. Guests: When you bring a guests please indicate what kind they are (i.e. family, special, business, etc.)
3. Make-Up Procedures: Committee meetings, club service events and attendance at another club meeting all count as make up meetings. You can use them for one month - two weeks before and two weeks after.
We have roughly a 72.2% attendance rate, which means 66 people attend and 26 don't.

Target Shopping Spree Update
Karen Thompson talked about how successful the day was. We had 12 families and 19 children. We had $2500 allocated and needed $4287 and 11 members helped make up the difference.
Bike Assembly Updates
Dr. P. said that we built 125 bikes this year but is looking forward to next year when we might be able to leverage more partnerships!
Thanksgiving Thanks
Bill Klepper reported that he received $2500 fro Staters Brothers for the dinner. Jake Finch read a thank you letter from the Senior Center.
We are still collecting shoes. Please think outside the box. Post on your Facebook, Instagram and Twitter that you are looking for donations!
