Chas Wilson introduced our guest list
Greeting our guests this morning was Jose Martinez. Thank you, Jose, for hosting our fellowship event at Mission Burrito last Thursday evening!
Welcome back Ryan Valencia!
Ryan Valencia has returned from his 9 month stint in Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield! During his time there he was able to work with USO to feed 200 soldiers with donations from Simi Sunrise. He was also able to support troops there with items from For The Troops based on donations from Simi Sunrise.
Ryan also presented several club members with challenge coins which service members use to thank those who have been of service to them.
Ryan, good to have you back safe and sound!
Welcome back Amar Nadig
Amar is back from a leave of absence which involved time in India visiting family and sight-seeing with his family. He was able to attend Rotary meetings and learn about the changes in India since his last visit there. He now has a daughter attending Purdue University in Indiana (my alma mater).
